- Stave Lake has a double lane cement ramp and docks. Free, but gates locked at night. Located in Mission, about 65km east of Vancouver. Because of its large size and the dense wilderness surrounding it, the lake is only easily accessible from one site on the south end. From the town of Maple Ridge on Hwy. #7, the Dewdney Trunk Road will take you to Stave Falls, where the boat launch is located. The closest amenities, accommodations and services are available in Maple Ridge or Mission. Camping is not available.
