The lake supports good populations of Rainbow trout and Lake Char. The most popular methods used to catch Rainbows up to 3-1/2 lbs. are trolling with lures and spinning gear. Fly fishing has also been successful. Large spoons and plugs, trolled deep, is your best bet for large Lake Char which are capable of reaching 25+ lbs. Ice over November to mid April.
